The name Orimono (織物), meaning woven textile, reflects the philosophy behind this collection—bringing together two of nature’s finest biodegradable fibres into one contemporary sneaker. Every pair celebrates craftsmanship, material innovation, and the beauty of slow, conscious creation.

Unlike conventional sneakers, ORIMONO* – LONDON is built using two biodegradable woven yarns:

• Premium Cotton Yarn
• Natural Jute Yarn

The unique weave creates a breathable, lightweight upper that embraces natural texture while offering everyday comfort. Each fibre has been selected not only for its performance, but for its ability to return gently to nature at the end of its journey.

To preserve the natural woven fibres:

• Hand wash only using cold water.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Do not bleach.
• Allow to air dry naturally in the shade.
• Avoid prolonged soaking to maintain the integrity of the natural cotton and jute fibres.
